The room was nice modern and well laid out with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.
The hotel of choice in Kyoto. Good modern property with strong free Wi-Fi. What a very amiable staff. Breakfast with rolled sushi and local foods. Good and magnificent setting nearby a metro station. Only 20 minutes walk from Kyoto center.

Booked a room with 2 king single bed. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel was in an amazing location next to countless other temples, bars, and restaurants and public transport.

Came in Kyoto to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was lovely place for doing it. I loved the functional-style building and lovely modern and well laid out room with a good view. The service was great, I had 1 wonderful night here.
The bed was a bit hard, that's my bad luck.

Location: the hotel was not far from Kyoto, the train lines and shopping area. Shimogyo Ward district was worth exploring. Functional and well laid out room with a good view, I had a perfect 10/10 stay. An electric kettle and a fridge were available in the kitchen.
